Terms and Conditions

We provide our services and products to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing our website and making use of our online store and general information, you, the user agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. We reserve the right to change the stipulated Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to familiarize yourself with the terms & conditions and to abide by any changes. Any use of our site and online store, constitutes full acceptance of our service terms.

Shipping policy

  • Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-3 days and delivery confirmed by courier or collection. Shipping costs are R75 to major cities and R120 elsewhere in South Africa. All orders over R660 will receive free shipping. Delivery to cities using our courier services usually takes 1-3 working days, and can take from 2-7 working days nationally, depending on where you are situated.
  • Local collections / pick-ups are available prior to arrangement with Essential Dropz management.
  • Local Delivery within Pretoria & Centurion is available prior to arrangement @R40 per trip.

Online Orders

  • Orders can be placed via our online store.
  • WhatsApp orders will still be accepted, the same terms & conditions are applicable as per the online store.
  • Orders without any payments made within 48 hours from receiving your invoice will automatically be cancelled, except if a written agreement was made with management. Ordered items are considered sold and payments are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products.
  • Our lead time is generally 1-3 business days, subject to stock availability. If any delays are foreseen on any item ordered, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Lead time on bulk orders will be 5-7 days to obtain the products. Then it will be shipped to the client.
  • If payments are made via electronic funds (EFT), proof of payment should be emailed to: payment.essentialdropz@gmail.com. The order reference number / invoice number or your name and surname should be used as reference. Orders will only be processed once proof of payment was received.

  • Online orders are only applicable for South African residents.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

  • Please note that we do not have cash refund options.
  • We will refund you with store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used at any time within the date of issue, or we will credit your account.
  • Clients are responsible for returning the unwanted items / package at their own cost.
  • Any returns or exchanges are required to be in original packaging. Please obtain insurance for packages sent to us, we will not be held accountable if goods are returned in a damaged state.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, prior to proof of defectiveness.

Shipping will however be the client’s responsibility.

Customer Privacy policy

  • Essential Dropz shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users in accordance with the POPI Act.
  • All info submitted will be at own risk.

Payment options accepted

  • Payments are to be made via by bank transfer (EFT) into the Essential Dropz bank account.
  • No cash payments will be accepted upon local collections.

Responsibility

Essential Dropz takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Disclaimer

We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on the Website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (which are not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save – in the case of any incorrect purchase price – to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in the Returns Policy.

ALL content contained in this site is for the sole purposes of marketing and sales and are not for duplication or reuse outside of the website. Some images are also for illustration only and may differ in Approved by Essential Dropz Management Copyright Protected quantity, color or design to the product that you receive. Please carefully read the written description of each product to understand the details of the item before you make a purchase.

We retain the right to control all items and products sold on our website without notice to Users and we shall not be made liable to you or any third party for any modification to, or withdrawal of a product from the Website. Likewise, we retain the right to amend product information, including prices, without prior notification.

All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with product availability and payment terms. Should the item purchased not be in stock you will be contacted by telephone or email and offered the option to cancel your order and receive a refund as per our refund policy, to wait for the item to return to stock.

Refusal of transaction

We reserve the right to refuse to process any order for any reason of refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We retain the right to credit a transaction and cancel the order at any stage of the process prior to delivery.
